RUSTY SPUR BUNK AND
BARN POLICIES
In order to ensure
that your stay at the Rusty Spur is pleasant, a number of policies have
been established. Please take a moment to look them over. Thanks
DEPOSITS: 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Payment may
be made by check and must be received two weeks before arrival. Balance
due before arrival by cash or Paypal.
CANCELLATION/ REFUNDS: Full refund of deposit will be made only if
request for cancellation is received no less than 30 days prior to
arrival.
CHECK IN TIME: 3 - 6 pm. Late check-in must be arranged prior to
arrival. Early check-in must be pre arranged as well.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 A.M.
PETS: Horses and dogs are welcome. There is an additional charge per
night for them.
SMOKING: NO SMOKING inside the house at all. You may smoke outside.
Please dispose of your butts appropriately. Violation of this well result
in cancellation of remainder of reservation. Thanks for your courtesy on
this one.
CANDLES/ INCENSE, ETC.: NO candles, incense or open flames allowed in
any of the rooms. Fires are allowed in outside fire pit only. Fires are
subject to fire bans in area or wind. We have, usually, a high fire danger
so please check with innkeeper before starting a fire in the fire pit.
