RUSTY SPUR BUNK AND BARN POLICIES

In order to ensure that your stay at the Rusty Spur is pleasant, a number of policies have been established. Please take a moment to look them over. Thanks

DEPOSITS: 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Payment may be made by Credit Card through Paypal or check. Check must be received two weeks before arrival. Balance due before arrival by cash or Paypal.

CANCELLATION/ REFUNDS: 

For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival a refund will be issued . Holiday stipulations apply.  
 
For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded only if the accommodations can be rebooked for the same dates, less a $25 administration processing fee.
 
For cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, guests are responsible for the total amount of the reservation unless we are able to rebook for the same dates. If we are able to rebook the billed amount will be refunded, less the $25 administration processing fee.
 
Holiday cancellations will not be refunded less than 30 days out, unless room can be rebooked. A $25.00 administration processing fee will apply.
 
Holidays included in this stipulation:
New Years Eve, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

CHECK IN TIME: 3 - 6 pm. Late check-in must be arranged prior to arrival. Early check-in must be pre arranged as well.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 A.M.

PETS: Horses and dogs are welcome. There is an additional charge per night for them. Dogs are not allowed on the beds. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture.  Dogs are not be left in the room alone. There is a 5' x 28' dog run available to you. The Rusty Spur Bunk and Barn is not responsible for any animals left unattended.

SMOKING: NO SMOKING inside the house at all. You may smoke outside. Please dispose of your butts appropriately. Violation of this well result in cancellation of remainder of reservation. Thanks for your courtesy on this one.

CANDLES/ INCENSE, ETC.: NO candles, incense or open flames allowed in any of the rooms. Fires are allowed in outside fire pit only. Fires are subject to fire bans in area or wind. We have, usually, a high fire danger so please check with Innkeeper before starting a fire in the fire pit.
